刪除檔案並讓檔案無法被還原 - BlankAndSecure，從Windows刪除的檔案還是有機會被還原，只要其所在磁區未被覆寫，因此，若有使刪除的檔案無法被還原，就要使用這種檔案抹除工具。它可以設定最高35次的亂數覆寫，設定延遲刪除的秒數，刪除後自動關閉程式、電腦關機、電腦待命。（阿榮）
"Blank And Secure" is a portable tool to securely delete the data. Secure delete files are required to block the recovering of deleted data. Secure deletion is possible with this program, because "Blank And Secure" overwrites the data with zeros.
