以 Windows 最高權限執行程式 - PowerRun，主要功能是讓使用者以 SYSTEM 或 TrustedInstaller 等更高權限執行程式，即使已經使用系統管理員帳號，Windows 仍有部分受保護的檔案、資料夾、服務、登錄檔無法修改，此軟體可以協助突破這些權限限制支援，直接執行 EXE、BAT、VBS 等程式，也能以高權限開啟命令提示字元（CMD）及登錄編輯程式（Regedit），並支援建立批次檔或腳本進行自動化操作。（阿榮福利味）
